    Bring a counterfeit pen if you're planning on taking cash out of this location. They gave us a fake $50 bill. When we returned to fix the situation as soon as we were able and they were open, they said they can't do anything except take it without reimbursement. They had no way of knowing that they were the source. This was fine and what we expected. The part that I'm not okay with is the teller, Natalie, actually encouraging me to use it elsewhere which is illegal. She was the same teller who gave us the fake currency originally. It was inappropriate to say the least.

    Deplorable. The absolute worst Compass in all of Brimingham. They will happily stand around ignoring you for as long as they feel like, take other customers in front of you in the drive through, and I've been condescendingly told that "my math is wrong" on a deposit when the teller missed a check. I just experienced being the only car sitting at the drive through while three tellers stood around refusing to answer my calls or even acknowledge my existence, then serve the person who drove up a few minutes after me first. God awful customer service.
